Christmas Sessions-Guidelines and T&C's

This is such a special time of year and whether its your baby's first, third or sixth Christmas I would like to make it a memorable one for your family. This year I have opted to stick to one package, not only to keep it simple but mostly because I would like to have all the family onboard for the annual Christmas photos. We as parents (myself included) tend to be always the ones behind the lens-and yes this includes your smartphone, that we tend to forget that children would want us included in these moments with them.
These sessions are your chance to capture these magical Christmas moments for you and your kids to look back on as they grow. Of course should you wish to have just your little ones included in the session, that is okay too! I have made some subtle changes to my packages this year one of which includes all the digital images being printed. I love giving away physical products because this is what will be passed on from one generation to the next. These prints can be framed and given away to Grandparents- I am sure they will appreciate the gift!
Basic T&C's
The sessions are on a first come first served basis. These are very popular sessions awaited by many clients and hence early booking is recommended. Once full capacity is reached, bookings will be closed and no new dates will be added. If you wish there would be the option to be added on to a waiting list and should there be a cancellation you will be notified according to the order of that waiting list. Kindly understand that November and December is a very busy period not only on a work level but also on a personal one in terms of my family and children. This is one of the reasons why I am physically able to accomodate a very limited amount of bookings.
A Non-refundable deposit of 30 euros payable via Revolut on 99742404 is required to ensure a slot. Should you do not have Revolut kindly reach out to me and I can send you the bank details. Once deposit is sent kindly send me a private message so I can confirm reciept for it. No refunds will be given for any cancellations.
Remaining outstanding payment is to be settled in cash or Revolut on the day of the session. No galleries for selection will be sent if the balance remains unsettled.
Should a family member/child be sick on the day of the session, a new date is given. If a reschedule is not possible for any reason including end of sessions amongst others then the deposit will be used for another session of your choice in the year 2026- Birthdays/Family/Sitter.
In the unlikely case whereby the photographer is unable to do the session due to sickness or other family emergencies than a new slot will be given. If this is not at all possible and session cannot be held, a refund of the deposit will then be given by the photographer.
Estimated delivery of gallery for selection from the date of the session is 6 days.
The images will be edited in the order of the date that they are selected and can take anywhere up to two weeks depending on the workload at the time. Any galleries selected after the 10th of December will possibly not be edited in time for Christmas, hence kindly select the images at your earliest timeframe.
No Raws/unedited images will be given to clients. These are not a representation of my final work/artistic ability. If you wish to purchase additional images over what your package includes these will cost 8 euros/image. All the images will be edited once the full payment is made including for any extra digitals.
This year's package includes 8 digitals printed in size 5x7 (all images included)- should you purchase more images that what is included in the package and would like to print them there will be an additional cost.
The gallery will be put down once images have been edited and selected to make space for additional galleries. Raws will be deleted after three months following the session for storage purposes.
Editing includes basic retouching for blemishes etc as well as extension of sides to the backdrops amongst others. No editing will be done for make up, nail polish, hair roots, clothes wrinkles so please plan accordingly in advance as this is a very busy period of time of year and no major editing will be done.
The time of the session is approximately 30 minutes. The photographer has the right to stop the session if enough photographers needed for the session have been taken or if time is up for the next client. There will be a 10 minutes gap between clients and that will be used for the disinfection of the props/carpets/floors as well as resetting of props.
No shows without a valid explanation will not be welcomed again for future sessions
My studio includes expensive equipment in terms of backdrops, lights, camera gear and props so children need to be supervised throughout the session. This is also for safety reasons.
If a child/toddler is uncooperative, I will do my very best to capture a good image however I cannot guarantee any specific results.
If you feel that your little one is cranky or unwell on the day of the session and is not up to it for any reason, please feel free to contact me and I will happily reschedule you to another day, if this is possible. When booking the session slot kindly keep in mind the baby/toddler/child naps and feeding time.
Feed your child before the session where possible :) A full tummy usually makes for a happy baby/child/toddler! Whilst I usually allow snacks during regular shoots, these will not be allowed during the session since the slots are back to back with minimal time for cleaning.
Kindly respect time of arrival for these sessions. Arriving at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time is recommended. On arrival please call me on 99742404, I will open the gate and you may drive through and enter the studio once I am ready from resetting/disinfection from the other clients.

I am located in a private residence as you approach the first villas/farmhouses when coming up the valley from Mosta. My gate is right next to the first sleeping police as you are entering Bidnija from the Mosta side.
Late arrivals will be allocated a shorter time slot so please plan accordingly keeping in mind traffic, time of day and road closures.
Pets are welcome in these sessions however kindly inform me beforehand. Dogs have to be potty trained.
Extended families including cousins and grandparents will need to book two separate slots. No two families are allowed in one slot. Maximum amount of people I can accomodate in one session is 6.
Set up and Backdrops:
For those who wish to see how the backdrops will look kindly message me and I will send you a little glimpse of how they will look. No sneak peeks for the full set will be done as the sets will be done a few days prior to the actual sessions as they involve dismantling studio equipment to accommodate the sets as well as to include props.
A change of outfits is allowed for the kids only. Parents are allowed one outfit. Please bring the children ready from home for the first set up (the Main- family one)
For this year's Main set (Christmas Fireplace/Mantel) I would recommend warm traditional colours like reds.
For the Kids set (Natural Christmas set up) please opt for neutrals- whites/creams/browns or outfits with muted tones. Outfits can contain a touch of Christmas however the simpler you keep it the better for this year's look. Socks will be preferred over shoes for this year's kids set up. Children can also stay barefoot.
Babies younger than 6 months will need to be hand held for the duration of the session. In the case of a baby around the age of 5-6 months who is starting to sit with some support they will be propped up in props.
Kindly limit items brought at the studio- the space is small and it will involve two sets including props. Having said that feel free to bring anything personalised including teddy bears/hats/favourite toys that you would like to include in the session.
Shoes to be worn in the session are to be brought clean in a separate bag and worn before the session in the studio. These studio sessions include crawling young babies and toddlers so hygiene is of utmost importance.
Please bring wipes on the day of the session (I also provide these should you require them) and ensure that your face/nostril area is cleaned right before the session. For younger babies a muslin cloth will come in handy.
Social Media/Marketing:
The Photographer will publish images on social media- Facebook and/or Instagram ONLY with the permission of one of the legal guardian/parents. Should the parents request that images are kept private these will not be shared. When posting, parents are not tagged unless they request it themselves.

Photos from the smartphone and/or any other device is not allowed.
Storage and Choice of Photos:
Kindly back up your images on multiple devices. Hard drives/PCs/Phones will fail at some point in time. I always recommend backing them up on a cloud system like icloud or Google Drive for future reference. As a photographer I will not be liable for any damaged or lost photos as these are only kept in my storage for a short period of time.
In the unlikely event that the photos are lost/damaged on the part of the photographer, liability will be solely towards reshooting the whole session.

Once you are done with selecting the photos kindly share them with me on the website. Also kindly inform me in a direct message (Whatsapp/Instagram/Facebook messenger) to let me know you are done from your selection and I can edit your photos.
